ALERT UTAH has the ability to extend the Two-Way voice feature so the emergency operator can talk and hear our subscribers from those hard to hear areas of the home!
The VoiceLink voice extender makes it possible to have all the benefits of our two-way voice service while connected to the monitoring center without having to shout from some areas of your home to be heard by our operators. ALERT UTAH is the only medical alarm company that has the VoiceLink voice extender service. Remember, it's not necessary for our skillful and trained operators to hear you once you have pressed your emergency help button during an emergency. If they are unable to get a response from you, they will follow your instructions and dispatch help. Just like the ALERT UTAH's medical alert base unit's, the monitoring center will be able to hear you and you will hear them from the ALERT UTAH's VoiceLink voice extender system installed in your home. It's connected to your phone line and a power source. The features of the VoiceLink are:
The VoiceLink voice extenders have been used in multi-story homes, condos, homes with workrooms, separate buildings from the main home, in fact it can be used anywhere there is a working phone jack. If you have trouble hearing the operator, you may want to have the VoiceLink voice extender installed in your home. For Pricing on the VoiceLink, click here. Check under Optional Services |
